At Wonderland Hair Design, we go out of our way to make sure our valued clients have the best experience possible, from the minute they enter our doors to the moment they leave our incomparable Hair Salon. Please take a moment to review our policies to ensure you understand our operations procedures. If you have any questions, just get in touch and we’ll be happy to help.

CANCELLATIONS:

If you  need to cancel & reschedule the day before your appointment, we require a 50% payment from said appointment and will require a downpayment for your next appointment. We send our reminders 48hrs before to try and avoid this issue and have people wanting times and could be coming in instead.

SICK CLIENTS:

With cold and flu season or just generally being sick, especially Covid being around, our other clients don’t want to come to the salon & get ill! And with us workers, we’re very busy and cannot afford to get ill & take days off work, we all also have families at home too. So if you are sick, please stay home & rest! We will fit you in as soon as you’re feeling better.

COVID RULES:

We are open to everyone, vaccinated or not, we do ask that everyone wears a mask in the salon to help make everyone safe. We are also trying to make sure that we limit the amount of people that come in contact with one another and are doing one person at a time so please understand that we are wanting to make you and our other clients feel safe during this time.

Please reschedule your appointment if:

- You are unwell

- You have been to any hotspots

- You have been in contact with a known case of covid

KERATIN POLICIES

If you’re wanting to have a Keratin done in the salon, please read this before booking or going in to have the service done.


Please book in a month before your appointment for a Keratin service, if you come into the salon we will ask you to come in for a consultation to speak about the keratin service and go into detail what will be happening with this service, how long it may take and to make sure that you are good to go to have a keratin done.


Once we have booked you in, you will get a text message three days before said service to let you know that we have a 48hr cancellation policy for the Keratin service, if you must cancel or reschedule after that time given you will forfeit 50% of the price of the service to the time we have allocated to you in our books. We understand that there may be an emergency but this time that we cannot sometimes fill up. You will also get the automated text message 48hrs before your appointment reminding you of said appointment. If the hairdresser who is doing your Keratin is sick we will not be having the cancellation fee in place.

On the day of your appointment we ask that you arrive 15mins before said appointment, we will give you a form to fill out, once this is filled we will start the service as soon as we are ready.
